Nice game loop and pixel graphics. Also that's a lot of bugs. I'd like to know what project he is working on. Or maybe the bugs multiply because of invalid bug fixes :O I pray for him. Great game!

How does your game fit the theme?
The player is a programmer boy. As the programmer solves the bugs he gets stress, In order to reduce his stress the breathing logic (pranayama) is added.

Thank you for your feedback! Maybe he was working V1.0 patch of fallout 76 or cyberpunk 2077 😅. You can see the fruits of his endless debugging on the current versions of the games 😜.
