How does your game fit the Magical Girl Genre?
In the world girls can awaken different classes of magical powers, which will allow them to achieve different feats and displays of power. There are currently for categories, Elemental, Illusionary, Nature, and Celestial. Elemental involves the elements and their effects on the world, Illusionary are more focused on spiritual abilities and effects. Nature is focused on healing and creatures while celestial is more to do with the stars, sun, and moon and will have special effects like buffing and boosting.

How does your game fit those theme(s)?
Well currently it does not as I was unable to add the story elements and quests leading to the discovery of the events that lead up to the awakening of power and the disasters that followed the world there as well.
Were the assets for your game made during the jam? Elaborate as you see fit.
The portraits were created using a Kenney Assets tool, while most of the other assets are currently Kenney Assets that were used.

Yes, I was not able to reach the full gameplay development that I had planned for the project.
Hope you work on it some more when you get the time I'd love to see the completed vision
