It fits the CORRUPTION theme on three levels: Gameplay wise (because the player recovers corrupted filed) Narrative wise (Since the player is doing a corrupted action) and Thematic wise (Since the moral of the game is essentially don't abuse your power, don't be a liar and corrupt)
