So I use gDev5 to make most of my games and theres a lot of templates on it so I was wondering could I start off with one of the templates ( obviously when the jam starts )

Yeah of course, just make sure you mention it in the doc you're using to track premade assets :)

It would be nice if you could mention what exactly is included in the template too! Otherwise a link to just the template is fine.
