So I really like the atmosphere.
Audio kind of ruins it for me though, but since I'm assuming you made everything yourself it's fine for a jam. (the theme sounds really cool.. I just need audio control, some sound effects are off putting.. etc.)
I really like the art. I remember you posting it in the discord.
I am not sure if my game is bugged or what. But for one the performance is very bad, and I have a feeling it's something to do with all these effects. The effects are really too much. I can't even see, unless that's the point.
And there's METAFAB INTEGRATION! Good job for actually implementing Metafab. I'm not sure if there's actually money or purchases though because it seems like I don't get money after my runs, unless I have to reach some win state? And it seems everything is unlocked from the beginning.
I like the magic system, it's just way too OP.
