This is a vaguely exploratory prototype platformer. It checks some basic boxes but there aren't really any additional things to do except jump around at present. Presentation is competent, but it will need some more TLC on all fronts before it gets past its current stage. Still, this is a solid start--the controls are responsive and the mobility you do start with is enough to get you around the prototype area.
A really solid base to what can be a great game with a bit more work! Works well and the sprite and animation work on the horse is gorgeous.
Would love more content, enemies etc, as it feels a little sparse at the moment, so I hope you keep working at it, or use this as inspiration for bigger games in the future, lots of fun as is though!
Basic platforming movements are not bad. The world is quite empty though.
Platformer Mechanics are good, and I got stuck in a big room after Geeting the double Jump.
and one question What does those mice do their presence felt insignificant?
The mice don't do anything right now other than be cute. The big room at the end is as far as we got in the development before the end of the game jam so there is nothing beyond it.
I have obtained teh double jump, but unfortunately I got stuck in the room above the game start position, with the single platform in the middle of the room. I am unable to jump far enough to reach either exit, either I am missing something or that jump is very hard to pull off.
The third room is the final room as of right now, we did not have time to implement enemies which is what the room would have been for.
