Tutorial was a bit overwhelming and I get why, it's not easy to make a gradual tutorial in 48 hours. I think it would be better in this case to design a game with a bit less features, that way they could truly shine with a short tutorial.

You had a great idea here! It was fun to watch the little guys run around the map!
The tutorial was a little overwhelming for someone starting the game for the first time.
It didn't feel like I had too much impact on the progress tbh. I just spammed hire whenever possible and then i suddenly won :D
But good job on your game, it was fun!
