Your RPG is nicely written. I like the vagueness, but at the same time wish there is a little bit more direction (considering the 200 word limit, you did a pretty good job). Is this played with a GM? If not, how do the players decide when to roll? Are the PCs barely surviving, and every moment is a struggle? Or only significantly challenging actions require a roll?

Very nicely vague. I like how you can choose to quit whenever you want.

It took a few read-throughs to get all the mechanics, but I think I get it. I suppose the secret can be used in bargaining. Adding the mechanic for selflessness was a nice touch.

I love the mechanic of shrinking your dice on a fail. I could have probably used a bit more prompting about what kind of stories to tell on success. Can totally imagine this as a single-player experience as well, writing in a notebook, generating stories.

A bit vague for my taste, but I get it, 200wds is hard to cram with content.
