The only thing missing was a way to skip or make the dialog go by faster. I'm not sure if you had it but there was nothing I could find.

Yeah, it's on the todo list for sure, was thinking holding space could speed up the text or something along those lines!

I wanted to play, but nothing seems to happen... so for me it's not a game but an interactive artistic work

We kinda ran out of time on tooltips, but once you're looking at a house (after pressing E on it), you can click on the right window and it'll trigger some dialog! You can also click on the book in the phonebooth for a few more things!
