Fun mechanic, frog with a gun held by tongue is cute. A bit tedious, 1000 insects for a level is a bit much :D

The frog using its tongue to hold a gun is inspired and I love it.
Good game, controls well and has a lot of charm to it. Would suggest shorter levels, as 1000 insect souls on the first stage is a lot and gets a little repetitive after a while.
