I've been lacking the ideas and direction to create my first game and I decided to join this jam just to put myself out there and give it a go. I'll be using Godot too and I will most likely suck at it on the first go, but there's no improving without trying. I wish everyone good luck and I'm excited to see the amazing games that's going to come out from this jam!
yeah you can't create your ninth game without creating your first! I would say Godot is one of the better game engines for beginners cause it is simpler, and can do about anything the others could do (except for export to a console). good luck and do not give up :D
