Use of the limitation
In order to fit the "You can only go up" limitation, I decided to make the game an upwards auto-scroller, with the player character being a balloon. To fit the theming of health, I wanted to refer to breathing, and its importance in calming down, and manipulating the speed of the balloon as they "breathe" in and out felt like a good way to show the player this idea uniquely.

It has potential, but seems to not working, there is no collision with anything I think. Balloon going up score is rising, not really chalanging or fun to play at this state.

Thank you for the feedback. I'll certainly consider the need for collision (or simulating that hitting it did something), as well as how best to incorporate and communicate success and failure states in the future.
