Pretty low-tech as far as tech goes, but pretty heckin' good as far as good things go. Impressive layered music, wonderful pixel art, love that struttin clay man. Cool menu and start, too. I love how the colors progressed from the beginning to the end; it was a super clever way of using the color limitation and worked really well. 10/10
Shucks! Thanks swani! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
👌
Thanks! 👌
Ah yes, no greater technology than the clay from which all life springs haha. Nice little game here! I liked the animations, and it was super satisfying to walk around and paint the world. Loved the little dithering effect from the fire. Great work!
Thanks Lenny!
This is very relaxing! I like how each step adds a layer to the music
Thanks!
Nice concept, good music and sound but lack a bit on the theme.
Thanks! I agree regarding the theme strength; I'm going to finish the rest of the gameplay I planned--basically seeds will be less plentiful at the end, so you have to balance knocking down trees and growing them to get enough seeds to grow them all!
A very interesting and relaxing . i like the music. although it lacks a bit on the theme. overall a great game.
Thanks Scripts! Glad you enjoyed it--yeah I had to cut some gameplay to finish it for the deadline. Basically seeds will be less plentiful at the end. That way, you have to balance knocking down trees for materials with making sure you don't kill all the trees off in the process.
ohh thats a great idea
Thank you; looking forward to implementing it!
