This was really unique for a jam game! I have been replaying Undertale so it was cool to see something similar here. I really liked your art! I liked seeing all the hand-drawn assets. The different attacks for each enemy was cool and I liked the unique battle effects you made for each one. The flashing background was a little uncomfortable for my eyes, something moving slower or a static image might've been easier on the eyes. Overall though, I think you did a great job! Keep up the great work. :^)

Thank you so much for the feedback! Undertale was a huge inspiration for this game and your compliment on my art really boosted by confidence as an artist. I'll try something different for the background next time because I do agree that it is a little distracting. Again, thank you for the feedback.

I've never seen a Scratch game in a jam before, but this is really cool! Excellent work.

(you can also embed this game so it's directly playable on the itch.io site! In the project settings, you can set the Kind of Project to HTML and select your file as playable in-browser from there. Again, this is cool!)

Thank you for your feedback! I didn't make it playable in browser because of issues with saving data (not relevant in this project) but I will keep that in mind for the future.
