The art and lighting are good but I’m not sure what to do. Maybe it’s just me but I got stuck in the dark room at the beginning. When I go to the right and hit space I’m stuck. Maybe some more explanation would help, because the idea of being trapped in a prison by your mind sounds interesting.
Nice art-style! I couldn't figure out how to get out of the first room though. Every time I tried going to the right, the game froze...
Cool creepy/atmospheric setting! I wish the interactions were a little more guided, maybe by outlining interactive objects or subtle animation. Love the cat mini game!
hahaha so do i! it really shows I spent two days on atmosphere
although, I do plan to make it a puzzle room, and just draw things in. So things like making the phone glow and creating a big mess under the bed but other than that, probably keep it dark and force a really depressing exploration, and incentivize the minigame with a feeling of “yeah I think I got everything”
also plan on actually making the minigame infinite ha
