Very interesting concept and a well made execution! Reminds me a little of the double cherry in Super Mario 3D World^^
One idea for improvment: At first I thought the dark mouse has to be caught by the guy with the dark shirt and the light mouse has to be caught by the guy with the light shirt. I think a more intuitive design to assign a guy to a mouse would help here.

I just remark some (intentionally ?) bugs on collisions with walls (mouses can go outside walls)
Mice can go everywhere right? Just kidding... if you got that it's a bug,
Pretty fun! The only thing is when I lose, I'm not sure why I'm losing. It seems like you run out of time at random.
Each mouse has one color and it relates to the player color. One player is supposed to catch one mouse and is killed if the colors do not match.
Not that obvious I know :)
