So can the game only use 2 buttons in the game or does that include the keyboard? 

As for my game, the platforming movement uses the arrow Key's but there would be 2 buttons in the game that could be pressed...

From the limitation section:

Q: Is this arrow keys and two buttons? 
A: no, that's 6 buttons!

In your case, the arrow keys make for 4 buttons, which would violate the limitation.
