This may not be the best place to ask this, but here I go anyhow. Is the use of digital resources cheating or outside of the scope of the intention of the game jam. For example , I have a digital version of a character creator for my game through google forms. I could include a link to the form in my submission which would save space for other information/worldbuilding. But I didn't know if that would be frowned upon. Thank you for your feedback.
