do games from 2010 count? I want to make a sequel that succeeds on everything Sonic the Hedgehog 4 did wrong.
btw don't get me wrong, i love sonic 4 (fight me), but most people say it's one of the worst sonic games in history
Of course! This jam is all about a fresh take on an older idea of your own. Obviously if you want to make a game inspired by Sonic 4 go ahead. (Unless you own the rights to him I don't think Sega is going to love you using their blue hedgehog, lol.)
