I didn't enjoy this game. Although, to call it a game is a bit generous, and that's my biggest issue.
Journalling games have a fine line to walk, providing just enough in mechanics and writing prompts in the prompts to inspire the reader, without doing too much work for them. I found this game to struggle with both in a way that even Alone Among the Stars, which is half as long - doesn't. That game is about wandering and exploring, while this one is about helping a hero save the world from something. It feels like there needs to be prompts on what it is, or a timer as to when it needs to happen, or something.
There are some problems in what prompts there are, too. For instance, Two of diamonds would be a "website from the internet", and there are two different results from the value of the card drawn.
Plus there are other typos, such as referring to "things your group finds on the way to the Room", which feels like it's a whole chunk pulled from a different game, and carelessly left in.
