Very cool idea! At first I found myself forgetting that the screen wouldn't scroll with my character but once I got past that disconnect I really enjoyed the flow of gameplay.

couldn't add in instructions in time so I'll just leave it here.
WASD to move character in the screen, SPACEBAR to Attack.
You can Attack the BLUE PIPS to charge your gun.
Use the MOUSE to aim the gun and LEFT-CLICK to Shoot. You can kill the Enemies only by Shooting them.
Being in contact with the Enemies drains your charge.
Some instructions how to play would be really useful
