Rules say this: "The game itself must be made within the jam time period, and you may not submit any work or updates during the voting period." The voting period is over so updates should be allowed again. Can't find any rule that forbids updates after the jam is over (which would be a bit weird tbh if I wouldn't be allowed to work on my game after the jam x'D)
