The delicate symbiosis between a restaurant's waiters and cooks is definitely a matter of trust, when it doesn't border on a love/hate relationship :)

Really interesting game. When playing with a friend we instinctively started by just describing the dishes out-loud in the voice chat, there the game was really fun. However we realized you are supposed to use the words and order system, and from here our enjoyment went fast downhill. The list is huge and disorienting. While you try to find your preferred word in there minutes pass. I think maybe a free form input would be better and simpler, just have a word limit.

Thanks for the comment ! Glad that you had at least some fun ^^

The goal was for the Waiter and the Cheffe to find consistent ways to communicate precisely the dish through trial and error. It's indeed hard to get a great score on the first run, and we may have missed building an enjoyable learning curve, because we did not spend enough time adjusting the gameplay.

Note that there is a system so that you are proposed at least one word that should match each ingredient, and there are not so many words in the greater pool.

Thanks again ! :D

Yep, it's interesting. The varying keyword list is there for replayability, but if you play once and are discovering the cute ingredients, it's totally legit to do it with voice "uh looks like ghosts on a skewer ?! " "uh wat?" :)
