How does your piece use the theme, Inclement Weather?
There is no such thing as inclement weather :) Frankly I've tried to avoid using "rain drops", "thunders" and so on. Just tried to share melancholic mood
What tools did you use? (DAW, instruments, sample libraries, etc.)

I really enjoyed this music, its simple, consistent with its atmosphere, beautiful, and would make a great BGM! I also love the details, from the nice panning to the synths rising and falling in the background.
I like the way the rain sound fades in and out.
