Day 7, Halfway!

Congratulations on everyone for making it halfway! I'm excited to play all your games at the end!
Now, on with the devlog:

I'm pretty far behind on my timeline plan, but that's why I gave myself plenty of extra time. I don't have anything to show since I've mostly just been working on some boring scripts for the past few days, but I have an extremely bare bones title screen, one simple level, and semi-implemented game mechanics. I want to get one level of the game working at maximum capacity before doing anything else. It's been slow, but it's better to have one good level than a bunch of broken ones.
I scrapped my previous intention to add spikes and healing function next, in favor of adding a very important mechanic: Limited number item summoning. This will add a level of challenge to the game, which it has been lacking. Each item is going to come from the same source of energy, but some might cost more points.
But yeah. Sorry I don't have a picture. All the work I've been doing is internal.
