Excellent detective game. Highly recommended.
The writing is funny and lighthearted, yet also includes some heartfelt moments.
The plot is an intriguing murder mystery, full of twists and turns, conspiracy and backstory.
And,
as well as inventory puzzles, the game uses a cool question-and-answer
system. For me, this was the best part. Throughout your investigation,
you'll pick up items and add clues to your notebook. Then, during a
conversation with one of the game's many characters, you'll be asked a
series of questions, each of which you must answer with one of these
clues or items. The system reminded me of Ace Attorney. I thought it
worked really well as a way of proving I'd understood or deduced what
was happening.
