Sometimes, my genius is almost frightning.
Wow. Hey, I found this through Nicky Case's comment (I'm a fan of his) and I am so glad I played it. This is truly great storytelling and it's not hard for me to imagine you being the next David Levithan should you choose to go in that direction. Truly amazing.
Really amazed at the detail and length of the story, but it didn't feel drawn out. I liked the way you structured the Twine with details, too. Great job!
The characters were really, really compelling. My favourite scene was where Nolan attempts to explain why a straight guy might jack off another guy for "power". It's funny, and humanly irrational. Using the hyperlinks to expand detail instead of story choice was also an interesting experimental use of Twine. Good job!
HI!! Nicky well I randomly found you in itch.io
So I am trying to find games that I can download but suddenly I found one of your game. It's about anxiety and at first I was like "This game is kind of interesting you know" so I played it. Well it struck me. Everything in the game was really something. While playing it I feel terrible of myself but as I came to realize the purpose of game I began to comprehend what you are trying to say in the game.
I spent hours to find you in most of social media platforms like discord ,facebook ,instagram and my last hope twitter
I managed to found your twitter account but I can't message you
I actually want to get to know you talk about thing
I also want to create games like this so maybe you can share some inspiration
Please respond to this Thank You
You made my day TYVM!
Great, immersive storytelling. The characters in particular are beautifully observed and sketched - I found myself really caring about what happened to them. The writing style is sparse and lovely with flashes of real poetry. The interactivity and little tricks of presentation (like the gender symbols) worked nicely too - they really added to the effect.
Loved it! Thanks for the read.
Nice twine! I included it in part 2 of my Nar8 Compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) http://youtu.be/0jnBKLM-wt4
