I create a ton of fan-made material for Neon Lords to use in their campaigns but it all has unlicensed art from working professional artists as a key element of the material. I am presuming that no submissions may contain any material that could be problematic to reproduce in a future publication, due to copyright issues, right?

Of course. I didnt feel it necessary to tell people not to steal other people's art, and to credit an artist where you can.  If this is whobi think it is from the discord server, I have seen your work already and it's great! but site your sources if the sources are not fully manipulated into something new.
