I've played a handful of horror games and I was feeling some fear! The atmosphere was great. The "notes" that I found were confusing to understand so didn't really understand what was going on or what the backstory was.

I thought you did a great job at the buildup through the environment and sounds. I wasn't sure if I finished the game as I got lost and couldn't find what else to do, so I was hoping for a more satisfying ending.

EDIT: I realized that I posted spoilers for the game so I left out a lot of the details.

Surprisingly immersive atmosphere and good execution.

For the game jam, this is a sublime project. It showcases effort, hard work and I genuinely enjoyed my time with it. Some aspects of the story are a bit ambiguous and the interaction seems a bit buggy, for me, otherwise, you have a solid game.

Wish all the best with the future developments and good luck with the Jam. Cheers! (I copied the text just in case, as I saw your replied on this page and not the actual game's page, so yeah).

As a horror game fan, you got me! It spooked me for sure which means it was a good horror game. The story was good tho the maze at the end was much confusing tho I wasn't sure what to do or where to go when I read the last pape! Overal style is always good if it's low poly and music and sound also good, tho the walking in the first map was bit weird didn't sound right to be walking on just pavement!

Thanks for the feedback I never play horror games so I was trying to learn how to make one. The end I wanted to make the player feel lost and confused to add to the tension and build up to the jump scare to make it seem random but really I was just throwing s**** at the wall lol the levels were made backwards so the last level was the first one made and that was before we had a story, I wasn't sure what to do with the monster after we came up with the twist ending so yeah. A lot of weird things like sound effects I put in there for my SFX guy I just wanted his work to be in the game but he did a lot of great stuff like the intro music and the key pickup sound and the opening drawers and doors sounds.
