I am an asset artist, never done a game jam with no industry experience, however i have technically been making assets for 5 years now. is experience based on industry, prior game jams or time spent studying? because i would be more than happy making a tonne of assets for whoever wants them - i just wasnt sure if i qualify. thank you!

If you are joining to learn and study, you are more than welcome! If you already studied on Game Engines/ Frameworks more than a year that would count as an experience! But I don’t count art as a game dev experience in this case. Just make sure to learn about development process and how video games are created!
