Funny game! I included it in my Nordic Game Jam Online compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Developer

Thanks for playing :) Sorry about the New Pose in singleplayer, it doesn't do anything :P shouldn't be there...

Multiplayer tho!!!

But yea it was fun to make!

I saw the prototype in the background of Char's workshop. It's much better than I expected. A bit finnicky, but screwing around with IK is absolutely glorious.

Developer

That morning yoga session was so nice! One of the most peaceful ones I've had. Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed!

the art is great but there isn't much to do in the single player mode. tho i guess it was aimed to be played together, so i'm sure its better when played like that

Developer

Hey! You're spot on about single player mode. Perhaps it could be known as Zen mode. Sorry I couldn't get around to adding more to it but I prioritized multiplayer for this one, as it's usually the more challenging task. Thanks for playing!

The multiplayer blew my mind, and it scared the crap out of me when it started playing someone else's mic through my speakers. I love it so much, it'll haunt my nightmares.

Developer

Aahh so nice to hear! Multiplayer was such a good feeling to get working. I think there is even more to explore with the game, perhaps an Akroyoga or other interactive modes.

Played it with my girlfriend who actually knew yoga poses. It looked funny during the live preview and looks like it'd be fun with a group of friends. However, the controls are weird and somehow hard to get a grip on.

Developer

thanks for playing! I added some references to real yoga poses but really it's just a big goof...

Controls are meant for mobile but could use more precision, it's true. I think they might also be biased towards people who are used to moving stuff around in 3D in Unity. And since there's no limits (on purpose) you could easily put your whole body underground or in the Comet pose (in the air with hips forward and all limbs behind)

definetly the winner of the first category

Developer

yay! Togetherness ❤️

I watched this game being played during the showcase. The fact that you have functional multiplayer is just shocking. The art is very interesting as well. Great work! If this doesn't win the Together Alone category, I'll be surprised. You've got my vote :)

thanks! :) I used Normcore for multiplayer. Highly recommended! I also spent a few years working on multiplayer games tho so I know my way round the block.

My fav part about the art is the hands. they look like bunches of bananas :)
