Yes

Did you take inspiration from another creation?
At the start, I was stuck, so I listened to one of my older songs to get some inspiration.

Very nice !

I love the way your music tells a story. Even without the commentary in your video we understand where we are going.

I like the change of tone when the hero is dead(?). It goes from D minor to Ebm.

The orchestration is great and the whole is very coherent.

But as I like to nitpick and we are also here to talk about the points on which we can progress, I would say that your themes and your melodies are at the same time a little too backward compared to the general harmony and that they are a little "messy". I took the time to listen several times to your creation and I think I understood why I have this feeling.

If you agree, I will post a more detailed explanation. Is that okay?

But I remind you that I find your music very very good.

go ahead, I actually went from white keys only to black keys only because that's fun

This is your flute melody at 2'29".

First, at bar 5, the melody starts on a sixth and it's a bit clashing.

Then, the musical phrases from bars 1 to 4 and bars 5 to 8 are different in terms of rhythm and melody. This does not give the feeling of having a question and an answer but a long sentence of 8 bars. Especially that bars 3 and 4 give the feeling that the musical phase is finished. So it sounds strange to the ear. It doesn't have a rule, but it would sound better if you took the same thing as bar 1 in bar 5 (either rhythmically or melodically) and put a variation in bar 7 and 8.

This is just an example. It's far from exactly what you should do :)

I should learn more music theory to understand all of what you said, but thank you! The different rythms kinda drive the listener forwards for me.
