Artist's Statement
This is my first time ever going solo on creating a game, meaning this is my first time coding since I usually do art only. Voice acting also done by me, sorry for the cringe. I learned a lot about coding from this, and a bit of voice acting as well. Hope you enjoyed it.

Congrats on developing your first solo game!

Before this I’ve never played a game that so accurately captures the sisyphean tasks of being on hold or taking a Turing test. Your voice acting is refreshing and satirical at times. The sound design, from the opening dial and playful jingle, to the touch tones and getting disconnected, all reinforce the experience quite well.

Unfortunately due to an attention disorder I’m beginning to suspect that I’m not human. I tried calling these folks for over a half hour but could never get past their third set of questions. My gut tells me there’s something beyond that third wall that I regretfully cannot access. Beware that the sound directory seems to contain spoilers, but I haven’t listened to them myself.

While I believe in its vision, I have a few suggestions that could improve its user friendliness. Giving us a few lives, extension numbers to dial at the beginning to skip ahead, or the ability to redial at the end to pick up where we left off, would help those of us who want to experience the game at our own pace. There’s also an issue with touch tones not always playing after each keypress, which if corrected would give us more feedback and make the experience feel more responsive.

Thanks for your submission. Good work!
