I'd like to play but my computer doesn't have a numpad! Could you please provide alternative controls?

This game has a very steep difficulty curve, at least at the beginning. The movement isn't intuitive and you're punished by death if you get something wrong; I'd suggest making a room at the start where the player can just play around, and some in-game text teaching the basics would be appreciated (you have to keep in mind that most people will simply download the game straight from here and not even look at the game page). The best method to pass a level is simply to memorize the sequence of key presses, which I don't think is your goal. If you think the movement mechanics make this game unique, then I suggest making a tutorial.
