The stepping mechanic is very bizarre but you executed it really well, and it starts to feel pretty fun once you get a feel for it. Also loved the look of the game through and through, especially the main character's design and animations. Keep stepping!
Hard to master, but fair controls. It's amazing what can be done with just 2 buttons
Pretty graphics and animations
I really liked this game! Each level had something a little bit new, and the walking had a charming QWOP style feel to it. Great job!
Wow! I'm really impressed with the movement in this game. It is a fun, simple and challenging mechanic to iterate around. I love the way that the difficulty is increased through level design. Great work!
Was in love with this concept from your WIP screenshots in the Discord, but the implementation beats all expectations. Every level introduces a new clever gimmick, and the character's adorable facial expressions do their share to sell the action.
Only negative thing I noticed, the movement of the head(?) was quite jittery on my PC, not as smooth as seen on the GIFs.
Definitely one of my favorites from this jam, though!
