The controls do take some getting used to and if the battery is far away from the snake it can take some time of just falling down the green strip to advance...

Very clever concept where you shift both space and time to advance the play.
I encountered a couple of glithes. Both the robot and the snake went through walls at some point. Parts of the snake started disappearing after that. I needed to restart.
The controls have a bit of a learning curve to them and take some time to get used to. But after that it's a neat sandboxy experience.
Pretty unique and interesting concept, thank you for that! It's really fun to fall through the frames to move the snake. Personally, I find the robot controls a bit too complicated. Also, overwriting the batteries with an arrow should not be allowed. Overall it's a good start, keep on improving it!
