I wanted to add a zip file to make our game playable while I accidentally took my submission down. Is there a way to resubmit the game?  Anyways if that doesn't work, is there a way I can post a redirect link to a shared dropbox folder?  It doesn't let my paste the link to "prevent spammers".

No it does no allow resubmitting  to make sure that people do the game only during the jam time... Sorry, but next month we will have another one if you want to partcipate.
