In general, I think this is a good effort. You should be proud of what you have done. There are a few core things that you may wish to improve to make the adventure more usable. First, it does not indicate what system the adventure is for. While I assume it is for 5e, there is no clear indication. Also, you use Dex Save, which should be written Dexterity Saving Throw, and DC should be followed by a number indicating the difficulty of the challenge. Without a target number, it is impossible to know what the player must roll. You refer to 5th edition SRD stat blocks but do not provide the OGL license, which the law requires. You will want to include this document in any publication that uses 5th edition content. The art is lovely, but sadly the layout suffers from a lack of attention. There are some cool ideas in here. I especially like the bit about goblin pronouns.
