Cute game! I included it in my Open Jam 2018 compilation video series, if youโd like to take a look. :)
I really like the idea of a mini-fridge composed by tomatoes, spam and fishes ! :) This is fun and difficult enough to be interesting.
The game feels super polished, there's cool particle and background effects, a nice music and even a door animation ! I just had some difficulties figuring that the fish gave ammunition but you can be proud of the game you made !
Love the background! Trippy. Makes me want to eat healthier!
I liked the graphics and the game overall, it was well done. A con for me is that i could not jump in diagonal direction, i think it would be a great addition.
Great game still, it was a simple idea very well executed. Also, was the pickle a reference to Rick and Morty? It was hilarious.
I liked the tiny minimalist graphics. Very simple and enjoable
A sentient pickle eating meat and battling tomatoes with a fish. It's so obvious. Why didn't I think of this.
These graphics pop like whoa. Nicely done.
Open Source Karma Points 5!
I really like the unique PICO8-charm that this game has. The sprites are easily identifiable and fun, the background is great just as the movement particles. But the ammo limitation seems really restrictive to me, I think I would prefer an adventure/level based system with easier to reach ammo spawns. Or make the stage a bit bigger so that one can create some strategy instead of just reacting to tomatatos spawning.
It is kind of hard to understand it, but in the end...it is rather fun.
