Why does it have to be Unity-only? I use Pygame Zero.

I use Pygame Zero and make some good games, but using Pgz is cheating.

Whoops that was my mistake, I copied and pasted the description from the first jam (which was Unity only) but I wanted to open it up to other engines this time around. I have updated the jam information so that any game engine can be used! :)

Oh, ok. Thanks.

Would a browser game (JS  drawing on the HTML5 canvas) be allowed?

If you can write all of the code within one script file then sure!
