I wanted to ask for a clarification on rule 2: that one may participate with a previous game entry which has been started on before 01.05.2023. Does this only apply to games which participated in previous otomejams, but weren't finished in time? Or does it apply to any otome game provided there's a disclaimer that the game is not wholly done inside the 2 month period? I took a headstart with concept art since that was allowed in rule 3 but got lost in painting and now I'd really like to use one semifinished illustration as an actual sprite asset. So! Trying to decide whether I throw it into the bin or not.
