- This game was fun to play. Loved the educational aspect.
- The judges had a hard time choosing between this one and Submarine Pirates for third. It is functional with complete gameplay loop, cute visuals, audio (when it works) and an educational slant that works. The difficulty is well tuned; the game is never boring but it's not too hard to keep yourself alive while you explore. This game make oceanic cave diving look easy! If only we could just jump in and zoom around like that! There was also a bit of debate about if this game is "scary" or not- not really, I feel? Is there a secret jump scare? Thanks for being part of Otter Jam!

Really enjoyed the feel of the animation transitions! The educational focus is a nice touch; being able to see a 'stat sheet' description of the fish gives me more encouragement to read the content.
I think it would be beneficial to gameplay flow for the air pockets to be more easily identified. Currently, It's leaning towards a memory challenge where the player needs to know where to go beforehand, rather than facilitating players reacting to their environment by moving to air pockets they discover.
As a minor note, music in my session did not loop. The track is long enough if you succeed in a few tries, but not otherwise.
Great job!
Its a nice educational collectable finding, pixel art game. The music was fitting and reminded me a lot of old 8 bit style games and music. I do think there isn't enough breath to navigate the tunnels, I could only really seem to get the first fish. Overall the divers controls are really responsive and the fish's cards when you find them are really informative!
