ok that is a problem because i'm noob and I made a game already that doesn't use the theme. Must to make a new game?

Technically you don't have to use the theme as making the game is the experience (though wouldn't rank as high for any voting/etc... if there is any).  Though since you already have a game made:

• All code, gameplay, writing, art, and everything else MUST be made DURING the jam!
