Terribly sorry, but some of this is misinformation!

Now, I understand the very tragic and sad deaths of Arabs in the State of Palestine, but just saying, there is misinformation that I wish to correct to improve your understanding of the war.

You made a statement saying "In 1948, Israeli forces initiated a war to occupy Palestine, which ended on March 10, 1949, and is now referred to as the 'Palestinians' Nakba' or catastrophe. This devastating conflict witnessed over 15,000 Palestinian civilian casualties.". But actually the 1948 Arab-Israeli War was an existential war fought between Israel and Arab forces from Egypt, Transjordan (Jordan), IraqSyria, and Lebanon. The war was started by the invasion of Isreal and the war formally began on May 15, 1948, and ended on July 20, 1949, although it followed a civil war that began after the passage of United Nations partition plan on November 29, 1947. The fighting more or less came to an end on January 7, 1949. For Israel, the war is remembered as the War of Independence because it secured the country’s existence despite hostile neighbors. For Arabs, the war is remembered as “the Nakba” (from Arabic al-nakbah, “the catastrophe”) because of the mass displacement of Palestinians that resulted from the war.

The reason the war started (in 2023) was because of the October 7th Massacre, where on a Saturday morning, Hamas invaded Israel suddenly and took at least 40 hostages. Hamas is a designated terro**** group by the European Union, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Paraguay, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America and the Organization of American States.

I am so sorry and I do not think you said this on purpose, as you are very smart!

Sincerely, Kssonety.
