Just if anyone is wondering.. rule 69 has been in the Ruleset since at least V L.0.V.1. This ruling still stands, tho.
This post is in violation of rule 4b of the picoCAD Jam Ruleset version 3.1.0. The rule states "The submitted GIF must be directly exported from picoCAD and not altered."
If the discrepancy is not rectified before the Jam closes, the entry will be removed.
