  • The combinations work like a charm, would like some more combos to explore. I like the text explaining and giving some hints towards the goal. The background music was very nice.
  • Good job! It was fun hope for more combos and more elements. It was really fun to play and hope you keep at it!

Yes

Tell us about your game!
Simple "combine the elements" game, with story and UI elements that unlock as you make new discoveries. Click and drag with the mouse is all you need. There are two different endings to complete.

Extra Notes
This was my first attempt at game dev, and I worked solo. Because of this, I focused on making an achievable minimum viable product, since done is better than perfect!

For a first game this was impressive, you were able to have not just a complete game but one with a story and two endings.

while it is simple, it clearly follows the theme . If further developed I would love to see more combinations maybe learning more about the great evil through making paper and books or some form of documentation to expand on the story.

Cheers, hope to see you next Game Jam.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! I agree about adding more combinations, that's definitely priority #1 for future work, just didn't make the cut in this timeframe.

I like your suggestion about creating books, adding more discovery/lore through particular combos is absolutely the kind of thing I'd want to add.
