  • GDD Nice pace of the document. Good to included dev timeline Game I think the game could be improved in term of dialogue system and possible a health system, so the lurkers actually did some damage to the player. Perhaps have different kind of enemies such as weeping angels-like block which would work really well for this! But I couldnt see the alchemy part in the game.
  • This game feels incomplete, like the enemies chase you but they don't do anything. The theme implementation is also poor, there is shadow but its only visual in nature, and theres no hint of alchemy. It seems like you had a solid vision for the game, but didn't have time to finish it, I would focus on a simpler finished product for jams in the future!

Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?
Yes

Seriously... did you include your Game Design Document?
Yes

Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
Yes

Tell us about your game!
In Lazarus you journey through the crypts of the dead in order to find a holy object that can bring your lover back to life.

Extra Notes
It isn't really made for playing, but I'm still happy with the end result. Maybe I'll continue working on it and make it fun.

I like the style of the game, and I think your lighting system is very cool (I was working on 2D lights before this jam started, so I have a bit of an appreciation for them). I think with better gameplay this could be a pretty good game.

Thanks man, I appreciate it!

Error
The following features required to run Godot projects on the Web are missing:
Cross Origin Isolation - Check web server configuration (send correct headers)
SharedArrayBuffer - Check web server configuration (send correct headers)

Developer

Thanks for pointing this out, but what does that mean? I ticked the SharedArrayBuffer Support in the editor before I posted the game, so shouldn't it all be fine?

it is, it was actually an error with the randomized butto
