  • So this game is fairly basic, and the gameplay is not self-evident, like there are event potion things but they don't seem to do anything. I would probably add a guided tutorial in the future so your players can understand your mechanics better, but I do see the vision you had for your game and its not bad!
  • GDD Nice pace of the document. Nice description of the game mechanics. Game Not sure if I like it. It remind me of minesweeper and there are no game loop. But I can see how "shadows" are used here and how potions (alchemy) are used.

Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?

Vile vials is a game about using alchemy to click the shadows away, encountering random drops, people and events in your quest to rescue the world from the shadows

Extra Notes
thank you for looking at my game, it is still in early stages but I plan on working more on the game whatever the result of the jam :)

There is not really much here to give feedback on, though it is a good start to make something nice from.

Maybe a good idea, if you want to make a story, to make paths instead of a grid, where people can choose the next tile but have to choose one of multiple tiles at intersections.
