- Great way to get gnomed. Shadow theme feels lacking. Not terribly complex, and enjoyable demo.

Mechanics:
You get ingredients and combine them to potion to fight of enemy knights. Enemies attack on a timer so you are under time pressure.
Story:
The Gnomes and the Knights are at war for centuries by now. Endless centuries of bloodshed and war. But the Knights had enough. They made a dark pact with an evil shadow creature. If this pact is allowed to be completed the Knights will be unstoppable. You are a single gnome. You infiltrated the Knights Castle and found a way to stop the pact. But you were caught! Now you must flee and the only suitable vehicle is an alchemists cart standing aside the road. Ride little gnome for your success is the only thing that stands in the way of total ANNIHILATION!

I like the art and obviously the main character. The chopping and grinding the ingredients looked good even if I didn't figure out what it did. I managed to get to the fight before the boss before dying.
Thanks! Yeah we didnt really think of a tutorial. But cutting or crushing an ingredient can improve the ingredient. If you need to crush or cut it depends on the ingredien, doing the wrong thing can also worsen the ingredient. An Improved Ingredient adds more damage and applies a debuff (dependend on the ingredient) to the enemy. The Idea was to let players try out to find what ingredient provides what debuff and how to improve it. But yeah we communicated that quite poorly.
I really liked the art! I love the blocky style, its super fun to look at. Good job!
