- The GDD doesnt really tell much about the game itself and the game doesnt make its features visible or explained. It feels very clunky and unfinished. With a more fleshed out GDD judging wouldve been easier. The art looks simple but adequate.
- The artistic style you presented was done decently in my opinion; I'm quite a fan of character design--whether it be the player or enemy types. The environment however, felt a bit small, but I'll touch on that in a moment. For the themes, I couldn't fully understand how you meant to interpret them, nor how they were to be implemented into what you presented. Besides shining a light on the spawned in enemies, there was nothing else that was really happening besides the number that was counting. And speaking on that, going back to my meaning of the environment being small, one issue I ran into was the text shown when reading the notes that were shown. Parts of them didn't fully get displayed on screen when the light source was displayed in its direction. I'd like to see if this was something done on purpose, or could be looked at so I could read the messages you added in. Overall, I think there are a few mechanics that would make the experience of this game feel a bit different, but an interesting concept all the same, so keep up the hard work.

Super chill game. Well done! Not sure is it was due to a scaling issue but the player Ui felt very oversized. The rooms felt a bit empty and the enemies a bit too easy. I also wasn't sure where to go or what to do after a certain point.
